Terms of Service

By accessing or using rolance.me and its associated services, applications, and custom subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered buyers, creators, and sellers who access or use Rolance.

Rolance is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that enables creators and businesses to build AI-generated 3D storefronts and sell digital and physical products through custom subdomains (e.g., yourstore.rolance.me).

The platform provides interactive 3D storefront rendering, product management tools, checkout integration via Polar.sh, and automated store hosting infrastructure.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must maintain the security of your password and authentication tokens.
• You must notify Rolance immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Product Legality & Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and safety of their product listings.
• Content License: Sellers grant Rolance a non-exclusive license to display, host, and market their product content on the platform.
• No Circumvention: Sellers must not circumvent the platform, direct buyers off-site to bypass checkout, or attempt to avoid paying the 10% platform fee.
• Store Inactivity & Subdomain Reclamation: To ensure optimal resource allocation and maintain a vibrant marketplace, Rolance reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any seller account and its associated storefront if the account fails to process at least one (1) valid, non-fraudulent sale within thirty (30) days of its creation. Upon deactivation for inactivity, Rolance may immediately reclaim the associated subdomain (e.g., store.rolance.me) and release it for registration by new users, without prior notice or liability.

• Refund Policy: Refund policies are set by individual sellers unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
• Digital Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically after successful purchase.

You agree not to upload, offer, or sell any of the following on Rolance:

Sellers retain full ownership of their content, including product images, descriptions, and digital files. Rolance retains ownership of the platform, 3D templates, AI generation technology, and all associated intellectual property.

Rolance and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rolance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

In no event shall Rolance's total liability to you for all claims exceed the aggregate amount of fees paid by you to Rolance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Rolance reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any outstanding obligations survive.

Rolance may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
